How to order?
You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to your cart, sign up (we suggest signing up for a smoother checkout experience in the future), and go through the ordering process. You will receive your order summary via email or text message. Please check your Spam and Promotions folder as well for the confirmation email. You can easily order next time by logging into your account.
We have 2 options. One is Standard Shipping, which is free. The second is Express Shipping, which is weight-based and calculated at checkout. The charges for express shipping start from ₹250 per kg.
We take 7-10 working days to deliver the order via Standard Shipping, and 3-4 working days via Express Shipping.
Payment methods accepted for Indian buyers are Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Google Pay, and UPI.
Our International buyers can pay using their Debit or Credit Cards.
You will receive an Email or Text Message confirming your order. Our team will start processing your order. We ship the order within 2-4 days for Standard Shipping, and 1-2 days for Express Shipping. Tracking details will be shared within 24 hours of dispatch for you to track your order.
Within 24 hours from the time your order ships, you will receive tracking details via email or text message (as per the contact details you provided). If you don’t receive the email, please check your Spam folder. You can also track your order status by logging into your account on our website.

While it’s rare, sometimes items may go out of stock. If this happens, we will inform you within 24-48 hours about the cancellation and issue a refund. If your order contains multiple items, the available items will be shipped as normal.
Add your items to your shopping bag and proceed to checkout. Enter the promo code in the field labeled “Gift Card or Discount Code” and click Apply. The discount will reflect in your order total.
Yes, your Gift Card works like a debit card. As long as there is a balance remaining on the card, it can be used multiple times.
