How to order?
You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to your cart, sign up (we suggest signing up for a smoother checkout experience in the future), and go through the ordering process. You will receive your order summary via email or text message. Please check your Spam and Promotions folder as well for the confirmation email. You can easily order next time by logging into your account.
What options are available for shipping?
We have 2 options. One is Standard Shipping, which is free. The second is Express Shipping, which is weight-based and calculated at checkout. The charges for express shipping start from ₹250 per kg.
How long will it take to deliver the order?
We take 7-10 working days to deliver the order via Standard Shipping, and 3-4 working days via Express Shipping.
Which payment methods are accepted in the store?
Payment methods accepted for Indian buyers are Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Google Pay, and UPI.

What exactly happens after ordering?
You will receive an Email or Text Message confirming your order. Our team will start processing your order.
We ship the order within 2-4 days for Standard Shipping, and 1-2 days for Express Shipping. Tracking details will be shared within 24 hours of dispatch for you to track your order.
How do I track my package after it has been shipped?
Within 24 hours from the time your order ships, you will receive tracking details via email or text message (as per the contact details you provided).
If you don’t receive the email, please check your Spam folder. You can also track your order status by logging into your account on our website.
Does Royal Chikan Creations ship internationally?

Is the product exactly as shown in pictures?
There may be slight differences between the product and the pictures due to lighting during photography or screen resolution settings.

Why was my order cancelled?
While it’s rare, sometimes items may go out of stock. If this happens, we will inform you within 24-48 hours about the cancellation and issue a refund.
If your order contains multiple items, the available items will be shipped as normal.
How do I use a Credit Note?
Add your items to your shopping bag and proceed to checkout. Enter the promo code in the field labeled “Gift Card or Discount Code” and click Apply. The discount will reflect in your order total.
Can a Gift Card be used more than once?
Yes, your Gift Card works like a debit card. As long as there is a balance remaining on the card, it can be used multiple times.
Why is the response time slower than standard time?
Royal Chikan Creations started as a small brand, initially handled solely by our founder. We are now a team of 4 people managing everything — from packaging, handling orders, managing inventory, to customer service. We appreciate your patience as we expand and improve our support team.
Why don’t you issue refunds?
As a small business, Royal Chikan Creations operates with limited inventory, making refunds difficult to manage at this time. We are committed to continuously updating this section as we grow and as new customer queries arise.
